What is Mojo Pilates
All of our classes are small group sizes to ensure that each and every person has the required level of coaching and support for them to get the most from their Pilates journey. We aim to rehabilitate, educate and empower; supporting and encouraging people to maximise their posture, function and movement. Our Physio-Led Pilates classes and workshops also teach those with injuries and conditions how to manage their symptoms most effectively, regain the confidence they may have lost and how to improve their quality of life.
We also offer Ballet Inspired Pilates and Fitness Pilates classes. These sessions have greater intensity and pace to really challenge even the fittest of people. Please see the class descriptions for more details and for information about any prerequisite levels of fitness required.
