What is Mojo Pilates
Mojo Pilates is a Physio-led form of Pilates. Developed by physiotherapists, it is supported by clinical evidence and research and modifies the original 34 Joseph Pilates exercises, making them safe and accessible for the general population. It has a therapeutic approach to optimising one’s posture, movement and function and is especially suitable for people with injuries or conditions. Unlike the original Pilates method, Mojo Pilates exercises include a variety of postures, developing strength, balance and flexibility in all the ways people need it in everyday life, be that walking, sitting, standing, kneeling.
