This session will:

– guide you through mindful movements and relaxation techniques which are designed to ease away your stress & tension, inviting more space into the body, helping you to restore your energy levels

– finish with a peaceful & restorative guided meditation, allowing your mind & body to rest, reset and reconnect 

Relax in an inviting, peaceful, candle-lit space and remember to bring any clothing, blankets or pillows that will help you to feel cosy and relaxed throughout the session.
